ABOUT

MY STORY

In many cultures, mental health isn't always seen as part of overall well-being. We're often taught to ignore emotional pain until it shows up in our bodies through chronic stress, fatigue, anxiety, or even physical illness. It’s only when we can no longer function at work, in relationships, or in daily life that we finally seek help.

But what if your body isn’t breaking down it's speaking up? Trauma is often stored in the body, not just the mind. EMDR therapy helps you process and release these deeply held experiences, so you can begin to heal, feel whole again, and move forward with clarity and strength

Over the past 20 years, I’ve gained invaluable insights into how to shift mindsets, promote healing, and live a more purposeful life all through EMDR. Now, I want to share that knowledge with you and guide you on a path to breaking trauma. Do you know who you are beyond your trauma? Are you tired of being triggered? And most importantly, are you ready to do the work to discover the real you?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an information processing therapy that helps clients cope with trauma, addictions, and phobias. During this treatment, the patient focuses on a specific thought, image, emotion, or sensation while simultaneously watching the therapist's finger or light bar move in front of his or her eyes

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on how our thoughts affect our feelings and actions. It helps clients identify and challenge negative thinking patterns, then replace them with healthier ones. CBT is structured, goal-oriented, and often includes homework. It’s been proven effective for issues like anxiety, depression, and more!
